Topic: Brain & Behaviour
Content: Techniques to study the brain
Kahoot Review: fMRI
Please note that for this topic, you can keep track of the studies we look at in class.
As you grow in strength in the course, you'll notice that a study that uses fMRI in the Bio Approach, might be usable in Sociocultural if there is a relevant social focus.
It is important to have an SAQs worth of notes EACH for HOW an MRI/fMRI work - what is being looked at in the brain/body?
Contrast: what's the difference, and what did one give/provide that the other did not?
Discuss: why use each? Reasons for both.
Evaluate: Strengths and limitations for the techniques, relevant to what the studies are trying to investigate.

Dead Salmon & Voodoo Correlations: should we be skeptical about fMRI?
