Coping strategies
Having strategies in place for how we deal with stress is really important for general health, both physical and mental.
Our job is to know 2 strategies well. We should be able to:
Describe the strategy
Explain why it is useful as a strategy
Look at strengths (benefits) that come from the strategy/study
Look at limitations (drawbacks or challenges) that come from the strategy/study
